Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zipzone gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Process: Email us at info@zipzone-intl.com with your order number and reason for return
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Exchanges: Available for size or color swaps — subject to stock availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
Custom & Team Orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
