At Zipzone International, we stand behind the quality of our activewear and team uniforms. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., team uniforms with custom logos or names) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
- We gladly accept exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at shabaz@zipzone-intl.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
